Progressive Tests as a Form of Assessing the Impact of Exercises on the Human Musculoskeletal System

My extensive experience working as a sport physiotherapist and coach has made me realise the significance of assessing the motor fitness of everyone who engages in physical activity. I have noticed that it is impossible to correctly plan training (whether professional or amateur), let alone engage in it, without a previous all-round assessment of the fitness of the musculoskeletal system.
